One account only: Each individual may only hold one ysl99 account. Holding multiple accounts — even under different names, email addresses, or phone numbers — is a serious violation and may result in the closure of all such accounts and the freezing of any existing balances.
03Account Usage & Management
Your ysl99 account is for your personal use only. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including all wagers, transactions and communications made through it.
- You must keep your password and login credentials confidential at all times.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
- If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorization, please contact the ysl99 support team immediately.
- Ysl99 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
- You are responsible for ensuring that the device used to access ysl99 is secure and free from malware.
You agree to keep your account information up to date whenever changes occur, especially your phone number, email address, and banking details for withdrawals. Outdated information may cause delays in withdrawal processing and account verification issues.
04Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds
Ysl99 supports a wide range of deposit and withdrawal methods suited to Malaysian players, including FPX bank transfers, e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, MAE), and other approved digital payment methods.
Deposit Terms:

Withdrawal Terms:

- Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the ysl99 account.
- Ysl99 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
- Withdrawal processing times are typically between 15 minutes and 24 hours during normal hours, subject to internal review processes.
- Withdrawals involving bonuses are subject to rollover requirements that must be fulfilled first.
Warning: ysl99 reserves the right to withhold or void any withdrawal suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of the terms of service while an investigation is ongoing.
05Promotions, Bonuses & Special Offers
Ysl99 offers a variety of promotions and bonuses from time to time to reward our members. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer, and those specific terms form part of this agreement.
- Bonuses credited to your account must meet their rollover requirements before any withdrawal can be made.
- Rollover requirements, minimum/maximum wagering limits, and the list of eligible games for fulfilling the rollover are as stated in the respective promotion terms.
- Each promotion may only be claimed once per account, IP address, device, or household unless otherwise stated.
- Ysl99 reserves the right to void any bonuses or wins obtained through promotion abuse, exploitation of loopholes, or fraudulent activity.
- Bonus expiry dates are as stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
- All ysl99 decisions regarding promotion disputes are final and binding.

06Game Rules & Wagering
All games offered on the ysl99 platform use a random number generator (RNG) certified by independent auditing bodies, ensuring the fairness and randomness of every game outcome.
- Results of completed games are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical disruption that can be verified by ysl99.
- In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, ysl99 reserves the right to void the round in question and return the bet to the player's account.
- Ysl99 reserves the right to void and refund any wagers placed at odds that are clearly incorrect due to technical or human error.
- Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are as displayed within that game's interface.
- Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of each game before playing.
For Live Casino games, the results announced by the dealer are final. Any dispute must be raised within 24 hours of the conclusion of the disputed game session, along with the relevant round number.
07Prohibited Conduct & Activities
Use of the ysl99 platform is subject to strict standards of conduct. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and balance freeze:
- Fraud & Manipulation: Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, or use automation software (bots) to play.
- Money Laundering: Using the ysl99 platform to conceal or transfer funds obtained illegally.
- Promotion Abuse: Registering multiple accounts to exploit promotions, colluding between accounts to circumvent rollover requirements, or any form of bonus abuse.
- False Information: Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate registration information or identity verification details.
- Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access another person's account, ysl99's internal systems, or any unauthorized part of the platform.
- Disruptive Behaviour: Spreading offensive, threatening, or harassing content directed at other players or ysl99 support staff.
Consequences of Violation: ysl99 reserves the right to investigate, suspend, close accounts and/or report to the relevant authorities any activity suspected of violating these terms or applicable law. Balances in accounts closed due to a breach may be forfeited by ysl99.
08Account Termination & Closure
Either you or ysl99 may terminate this agreement and close your account at any time, subject to the following conditions:
Closure by Member:
- You may request account closure at any time by contacting the ysl99 support team.
- Prior to closure, all applicable rollover requirements must be completed, or any bonus that does not meet the rollover conditions will be forfeited.
- Any valid cash balance in your account will be returned to you once the required verification process is complete.
Closure by ysl99:
- Ysl99 reserves the right to close or suspend your account without prior notice in the event of a breach of the terms and conditions.
- Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to administrative fees or automatic closure.
- Ysl99 also reserves the right to close accounts based on internal risk assessment without being required to disclose specific reasons.
09Liability Cap & Disclaimer
The ysl99 platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by applicable law, ysl99 hereby disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied.

- Ysl99 is not liable for any losses caused by failure of your internet connection, power outages, or issues with your own device.
- Ysl99's maximum liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you deposited in the 30 days prior to the incident giving rise to that claim.
Note: Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability. In such cases, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10Responsible Gambling

The Bahasa Melayu version of this document is provided for the convenience of Malaysian members. In the event of any conflict between the Bahasa Melayu version and any other language version, the English version shall prevail and be deemed final.
